Privacy Policy

Haq Mahr Finder works without an account. This policy explains what is stored, where, and what happens when you share a result or send a Qazi booking request.

No account needed

You do not need to sign up or give your name to use the site. Calculations happen in your browser; the silver rate you type is not sent to our server.

What is stored in your browser

  • Theme: your light or dark choice, so the site looks the same on your next visit.
  • History: only if you choose “Save to history”. Each entry holds the rate, rate basis, currency, display unit, result, calculation version and the date saved. No names or personal details.

This data stays in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us. You can delete history on the History page, or remove everything by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Manage your history

Cookies, analytics and ads

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising services. To understand how the site is used, it uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing personal data such as your name or full IP address. It records things like the page visited, the referring site, and your country, browser and device type. If anything else changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, and any required consent will be requested.

Hosting

Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.

When you share a result or book a Qazi

If you use Share or WhatsApp, the result text or image is passed to the app or service you choose. That service's own privacy policy then applies. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.

If you send a Qazi booking request, the details you enter (names, country, preferred date and time, email, your phone number if given, and your note) are sent to us through Google Apps Script. They are saved in a Google Sheet and emailed to us, so Google's privacy policy also applies to them. We use them only to reply to your booking and do not sell or share them. To have your booking details deleted, email us at the address on the Contact page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
